Waiter/Waitress or Chef de Rang

The Grosvenor Hotel in Stockbridge is looking for experienced waiters/waitress or Chef de Rang to join it's hard-working team. The hotel is currently undergoing a multi-million pound refurbishment and is aiming to become one of Hampshire’s luxury hotel destinations.

The ideal candidate will have had past experience in a high quality restaurant or hotel setting. We pride ourselves on our outgoing and positive attitude and need someone who fits this mould. Customer service is a key requirement of this role.

It is an exciting time for the Grosvenor and we are looking for like-minded individuals to join us on this journey.

Please note – accommodation is not available with this role.

Wages: Up to £9 per hour.

Sales and Events Manager/ess

The Grosvenor Hotel at Stockbridge is seeking an experienced Sales & Events Manager. We have undergone a multi-million pound refurbishment and have a vision to become one of Hampshire’s leading luxury hotel destinations.

The ideal candidate will have passion, imagination and a positive mental attitude willing to drive sales across all segments of the business. Attendance at weekend functions will be required.

A proven track record in wowing both new and existing clients is needed.

Required Skills:

·Strong organisational and project management capabilities

·Strong communication skills with clients and across departments within the hotel.

·An ability to manage and strengthen existing relationship with accounts/clients.

·A natural business developer

·A team player

·A perfectionist who always wants to exceed guest expectations

·Excellent written and spoken English

Required Experience:

·At least 2 years experience in high end hospitality sales or event management (or equivalent) with proven results.
