Really can't fault it. This was a last minute booking and my first time staying here. Welcoming, efficient staff and reception. Comfortable room, everything worked. Quiet over night and very good breakfast.

This hotel should have been £200 a night - well worth it large room great bed nice friendly restaurant that you would take a girlfriend or family - bit posh but normal food. Very Very friendly team and warm welcome.

What a wonderful welcome the children and I had. Even the dog got a bed and bowl taken up to the bedroom for her. We had never visited before but we were treated like old friends. From checking in to being waited on at our table, the service by all members of staff was personal and catered to our every need. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. The evening we arrived the restaurant and bar were busy with resident and non resident drinkers and diners. I’d say The Grosvenor was a hidden gem, lost in a fast paced world. It was non clinical and non minimalistic like so many chain hotels today. Exactly the reason we will be returning.

Lovely building in centre of Stockbridge. Warm friendly staff. Very individual style with gorgeous rugs and interesting art/ photos. Some would say it’s a bit run-down and dilapidated. But I think it oozes character. Currently there is some renovation work going on and I really hope this doesn’t result in a transformation to become like countless chain hotels. The food was great. Fab breakfasts!

Clean, very comfortable bed, nice linens and towels. Lashings of hot water, beautifully warm.

Nicely restored. Rooms were great and the food was excellent. A perfect place to stay if you are going fishing locally. The staff were excellent and really, really helpful.

The staff were well organised very pleasant and extremely helpful. The service was the best I have experienced in a long time staying at many more expensive hotels on my travels this year. Very friendly place to stay and Dogs very welcome so highly recommended also the beds were extremely comfortable had a very good nights sleep.
